Ingredients To Make Roasted Green Chickpeas

  • Green Chickpeas
  • Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees celsius.
  2. Wash the beans with their shells, and then spread the beans onto a baking sheet.
  3. Then pour the olive oil over the Green Chickpeas and spread them out in a roasting pan in a single layer, with salt for 15-20 minutes.
  4. When chickpeas start to get brown and firm on the outside, then remove them from the oven. While the beans are hot, lightly toss them in olive oil with sea salt.
  5. Then, return to roasted chickpeas back to the oven for 8-10 minutes, watching them closely so they don’t burn.
  6. Move the pods to a serving vessel and serve with hot tea as a healthy evening snack.
  7. Finally, you can enjoy your roasted green chickpeas!
